The protagonist can die at any time: from laughter, fear, cringe, carelessness, anthrax, an enraged bear, an otherworldly passage, or a helicopter crash.
Difficult choices. Decisions won't always be simple and obvious, and their consequences may become apparent later, increasing the uncertainty of the external environment. However, some choices have no impact whatsoever.
Living characters. Each of them has their own problems. You can help them, or you can make things worse. The choice is yours.
