Hold a key or mouse button to dig down, left or right. Every block has its own hardness, and your pick power decides how fast it breaks. Ore fills a bag with limited room, so the question never changes: stay down for one more find, or go back and sell?
Return to Surface takes you back to camp after a short charge, but a hit cancels it. If your health runs out, you land on the surface and lose part of the ore you hadn't sold. The game doesn't end. You only lose time and ore.
Spend your earnings on upgrades and let robots dig for you. They fill a storage at the surface that you sell with one button, and they keep working while the game is closed, up to a cap, so playing actively always pays more. A session takes about 10 to 20 minutes.
- Dig down, left or right, never up. Every new game gets a new random map.
- Six upgrades: Pick Power, Pick Speed, Carry Capacity, Ore Value, Health and Robot Efficiency. Prices climb steeply.
- Two robots: the cheap Mini Bot works shallow ore, the pricier Drill Bot goes deeper.
- Four layers with four colors: Soil (0-100 m), Flooded Zone (100-200 m), Gas Pocket (200-300 m) and Lava (300 m and below). Each brings a new ore and a new danger.
- Water slows you, gas drains your health, lava burns and heats some blocks until they harden.
- Copper, iron, silver, gold, crystal and obsidian to find, with teleport platforms at 101, 201 and 301 m.
