Hobnobbers is a fast-paced 3D platformer where you and your crew of mischievous gnomish critters storm through multi-dimensional outlets and fight Pixys who seek to harvest you for yummy snacks. Raid the shops and stuff shinys in your hat before the portal closes, or risk being stranded in a whimsical capitalist hellscape. Deliver your loot to Lady Goddess, an enigmatic figure trying to get revenge on her ex-husband. Trade the items you recover for cosmetic upgrades- aka drip- or, if you fail, get turned into stew!
LADY GODDESS NEEDS SHINYS
You are a Hobnobber who was graciously given sentience by the Lady Goddess. In exchange for this gracious gift you must do her bidding and steal shinys.
PILLAGE FROM LORD PIXY
Tiger rugs. Sodi pop. Christmas trees. All of these shinys and more can be found in Lord Pixy’s domain. Team up with your friends and comb that place to the nines!
FIGHT PIXY MINIONS
It seems that the person you’re pillaging from isn’t pleased about it. Who’d have guessed? Dodge or kill his minion Pixys and survive the Hexes cast upon you. Can you survive long enough to take the Beetle ride home with all your shinys?
SACRIFICE YOUR SHINYS
Sentience comes with a price and that price is eternal servitude. Can’t get her enough shinys? You do not need sentience anymore and will be thrown into the stew.
GET EPIC NEW DRIP
Rejoice! Your relationship is transactional! For treats and shinys you will get awesome drip. Be a clown, wizard, or if you’re feeling saucy—show off your bare-feathered crow-like body! So long as you can flex this on others, life is beautiful and fulfilling!
