But the dwarf has to dig. He needs resources to survive. He searches for knowledge left in the caves long before him by other pioneers.
The found schemes and recipes will become the basis of character development. Using them he will improve his characteristics and expand his abilities. For all this you will also need resources, but at the same time their extraction will not take the lion's share of time. You can also build up your base to gain an advantage over your enemies.
