Gameplay
You start in your personal gym hub, surrounded by an energetic atmosphere. From here, you select a workout plan, pick your favorite trainer, and choose your desired level. Here you also find an overview of observed workouts and your overall progression.
With your setup complete, the camera zooms into the workout world and the music gets more hyped and motivative. Your trainer greets you and begins with a 2-minute warm-up, guiding you through the first moves. The interface shows a countdown timer and your progress medals on the side — motivating you to keep going.
Similar to a normal gym your trainer shows you the different moves and does the workout with you. This way you always know what to do and when.
After the warmup the workout begins: 7 exercises, each lasting 1 minute 30 seconds, separated by 30-second breaks. You follow along with your trainer through jumping jacks, pushups, squats, and other powerful moves. Each workout is divided into different body parts that are being trained so that at the end of each workout your whole body was part of the training. The intensity rises as the trainer motivates you to push through the final reps.
After completing the first round, the routine repeats — faster, harder, more intense. By now you know what to do so while the exercise is intense and your body is exhausted you also have the feeling of already getting better at what you are doing. Your heart races, sweat drips, but the music and trainer keep you going. Finally, after 30 minutes, you complete your session. The timer hits zero. You cool down, breathe deeply, and feel that incredible rush of accomplishment.
The trainer is happy and congratulates you on your success.
Another workout complete. Another step closer to your goals.
