King Ewich of Eswahr has grown weak, but still he endures. The Land yearns for renewal, its calls unanswered. Until one day, out of the swirling mists of possibiity that surround the Kingdom's borders, steps a Hero named "Wille", destined to change everything.
Eswahr Eternal is a Fantasy role-playing-game with turn-based combat and random encounters. Alone, you will wander the undying lands of Eswahr, in search for the power to become King.
Features:
A space to make mistakes
Things will go wrong and you will end up in uncomfortable situations. Embrace it.
A completely open world
You can go anywhere you want. Whether or not this is a good idea is a different question.
Open ended battle-system
You want to put an awful status effect on a Boss? The game will likely let you do that. With luck, you might even get access to every attack the game has to offer.
Fast, but difficult combat
Random Encounters are designed to be over quickly, regardless of outcome.
(Almost) no failure state
Losing a battle will not always sent you back to your last point of rest. As long as you have the Potential, you will be able to move forward.
A chance to create your own Kingdom
Choose which of your five principles to sacrifice for power, and which one to hold on to. At the end, your last principle might shape the nature of your Kingdom.
Potential instead of Money
Potential keeps you going when you fail, but it can also be used to prepare powerful Words
Words instead of items
Words are powerful abilities that you can prepare ahead of time, or 'purchase' directly in battle.
Only one town in the entire world
Kings don't need Inns
