The Cursed Story So Far
You are Malefact: an undead mass murderer so vile that even the Devil thought it wiser to lock you away and throw away the key.
Once a Wild West serial killer who traded faith for devil worship, cannibalism, and unholy powers, your soul proved so monstrous that God and the Devil personally agreed to seal it in the deepest pit in all of Hell.
A century and a half later, the two have had a falling out (gasp), and God has decided to weaponize your wickedness. He speaks directly into your mind, offering restored powers, a chance at vengeance, and the first of the three Books of Doom. He notes you probably won't survive. He also knows you won't care.
He's right. Your genocide crusade against all of existence begins.
