THE SURFACE FELL SILENT. SOMETHING CRAWLED UP FROM BELOW.
The foundry world Veyra-Null has gone dark. A glowing plague has turned its workers into the Slag Brood: shambling, screaming husks of slag and rot that pour out of every vent, shaft and sewer. The last outpost still holding is a base called Last Lamp.
You are part of Squad Halfnight. Up to four of you descend into the depths, complete the mission, and fight your way back to extraction. Nobody else is coming.
Forsaken: Dark Tribute is a co-op horde shooter in a detailed voxel style: every hero, monster and weapon is built from cubes, every wall wears crisp pixel-art textures, and all of it sits in darkness, fog and flickering light.
FOUR CLASSES, ONE SQUAD
• Bulwark – the tank. Heavy armour, a pump-action shotgun, a piston hammer and a cover stance. Kinetic Shove hurls enemies back and shields nearby allies.
• Vanguard – the rifleman. Assault rifle with full-auto and burst fire, combat knife, and a Target Mark that makes every marked enemy take more damage.
• Sparkweaver – the storm caster. A coil projector fires chain lightning or a piercing lightning lance. Discharge paralyses everything nearby, but overuse the energy and you overload.
• Demolitionist – the explosives expert. Grenade launcher, sticky mines and enough ordnance to turn a corridor into a crater.
Every class plays a clear role. Revive fallen teammates, share ammo crates and medical stations, and stay together: squad cohesion lowers incoming damage and speeds up your abilities.
12 MISSIONS, EACH WITH ITS OWN MAP
Descend a burning shaft, restore power in an abandoned substation, hack terminals above a bottomless chasm, scan the dead for a keycard, burn out brood nests, wade through sewers and plague labs, storm an alien nest around a crashed ship, and shut down a war factory line by line.
Every mission is built in stages: a shared objective, rising enemy pressure, a long and dangerous route between objectives, and a clearly marked extraction point you all have to reach. Hold the lift for 20 more seconds, and you get to go home.
A HORDE THAT READS YOUR SQUAD
An enemy director watches your health, your ammo and your losses. Doing well? Flanking packs come from behind. Barely standing? It gives you a breather, then it comes again. Waves are announced, stragglers never stop, and random events turn a run upside down: gas leaks, earthquakes, blackouts, ceiling collapses, vent swarms and the colossal Slag Lord.
28 KINDS OF NIGHTMARE
• The horde: shamblers, leapers, rivet gunners, worm-ridden soldiers, crawling worms, worm swarms, bursting worm carriers, shield bearers and hunting packs.
• Specials: snipers with red lasers, net throwers, bombers, suicide runners, ceiling crawlers that drag you away, horn blowers that call in a horde, stalkers in the fog and plague priests that empower everything around them.
• Elites: the rotary-gun Rattler, the toxic Spitter, the hulking Slag Colossus, the charging Ram, the grabbing Strangler, the armoured Rot Knight, the burrowing Digger, the Plague Worm and the Slag Golem.
• Bosses: the Slag Lord and the Worm Mother, who tears herself open to spawn her brood.
Enemies wind up visibly before they strike, limp, twitch and lurch in stop-motion. Shots hit by zone: heads burst into voxels, limbs come off, blood pools on the floor.
WEAPONS WITH WEIGHT
Every gun shows its ammo directly on the weapon model on a glowing display that counts down with every shot. Iron sights, recoil, muzzle flash and hit markers make every trigger pull count. Buy extra weapons from the armoury: an SMG, a carbine, a plasma rifle with a charged shot, a marksman rifle and a grenade launcher.
PROGRESSION THAT MATTERS
• Talent trees: 27 talents per class in three branches, and three Ultimates per class to choose from.
• Loot: five gear tiers from Standard to Glowforged, with random bonuses you can reroll at the forge.
• Achievements, daily tasks and weekly contracts that pay out XP, resources and seals.
• Cosmetics: helmet attachments, armour pieces and weapon finishes from the outfitter, visible to your whole squad.
RISK IT FOR MORE
Every mission rolls optional modifiers like Blackout, Horde Mode or Elite Alarm for a bigger payout. Cursed artifacts lie off the beaten path: carry one to extraction and earn extra loot, while it drains your health and calls the brood to you.
