Built in Derby and dating back to the early 1920s, this prolific fleet of locomotives were designed for mid-ranged freight work by Henry Fowler, Chief Mechanical Engineer of the LMS railway. With 575 produced, but only a handful surviving into preservation, rekindle the flames of this workhorse 0-6-0 tender legend.

Tackle challenging loads; hefty ICI Limestone Hoppers, local and long-distance passenger trains all await haulage through the endlessly picturesque Peak District.
